01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mybwt platform — whether through the website at mybwt.com, the mobile app for Android or iOS, or any related services — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the mybwt platform immediately. Continued use after the terms are updated constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

02User Eligibility

To register and use the mybwt platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. mybwt strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of such online entertainment platforms is not prohibited by local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Non-Staff: mybwt staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to use the platform for betting purposes.

Mybwt reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If you fail to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any wins obtained before age verification is completed may not be paid out if the user is found to be underage.

03Registration and Account Management

3.1 Account Registration

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur. mybwt is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one mybwt account. Attempts to create additional accounts — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or bank details — are considered fraudulent and may result in:

• Permanent closure of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all balances in those accounts
• Permanent ban from the mybwt platform
• Legal action where necessary

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the mybwt support team immediately. mybwt will not be held liable for any losses arising from shared or stolen passwords due to user negligence.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Mybwt accepts deposits via a wide range of approved payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other Malaysian electronic payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within a short time.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The identity verification (KYC) process must be fully completed
• No active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account held under the mybwt account owner's name
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes after approval

05Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by mybwt are subject to specific wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. These requirements are clearly stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Subject to wagering requirements of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount depending on the type of bonus received.
• Deposit Bonus: Wagering requirements are typically between 15x and 25x the total deposit plus bonus amount.
• Cashback: Cashback funds typically carry no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn directly.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.

Mybwt reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence that a user is abusing the promotion system. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, using software to automate betting, and other fraudulent activities.

06Game and Betting Rules

All games available on mybwt use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness. All game results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of luck alone.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Use of bots, automated software, or any tool to assist or automate gameplay
• Player collusion to exploit the gaming system
• Any attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt the platform's operations
• Use of VPN or proxy to bypass geo-restrictions

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, mybwt will review the game records and ensure all affected bets are settled fairly. mybwt is not liable for losses caused by internet interruptions on the user's end.

07Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of mybwt's commitment to anti-money laundering compliance and the safety of all users, identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all users who wish to make a withdrawal.

Documents required for the KYC process include:

• National Identity Card (MyKad) — both the front and back sides
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months
• Selfie holding MyKad — for basic biometric verification

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours. Once verified, your withdrawal limit will be increased and withdrawal requests will be processed faster.

11Liability Limits
